Our Mission
Founded by passionate leaders who understand first-hand the struggles faced by long-term care patients and their loved ones, the team behind Specialty Care Group is made up of expert, compassionate problem-solvers with years of experience in geriatric care.
Too often we’ve seen the health and well-being of our seniors go overlooked, and many of us have personally felt the pain of seeing our loved ones face challenges like this as they age. Our team has a personal connection to making sure our aging population receives the care and attention they deserve.
We’re striving to set a higher standard of patient care in nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and other long-term care facilities. Every resident should have their medical needs met and feel supported when it comes to their health and safety.

Our mission is to deliver excellent care and service for every patient, every time. With our strong back-office support, every step of the process is efficient and painless. Our expert team represents 20+ years of experience providing IT and billing support, credentialing, and compliance. Together with our account managers and administrative team, they keep everything running smoothly and ensure communication between you and your provider is clear and continuous.
We believe every resident deserves to be heard and cared for. By providing high-quality, attentive care, we strive to put actions behind that belief. We’re committed to supporting the unique needs of long-term care facilities so they can better serve our senior population.
Our Leadership
I have long been fascinated by the medical world and have the privilege of being married to a doctor. As the VP of Operations of Specialty Care Group, I get to directly influence the care of thousands of patients in dozens of healthcare centers across NY state, by facilitating nurse practitioner job placements.
However, our involvement does not end there. I continue to manage the scheduling and patient load while troubleshooting, guiding, and directing the nurse practitioners daily. I ensure they maximize their time in the facility by requiring top-quality patient care, making appropriate recommendations, and liaising between the nurse practitioner, the in-house medical team and family members of each patient.
When I meet with a new nurse practitioner, I can speak their language and place them at a post where they’ll thrive. Many of our practitioners consider me a close friend, and they know I’ll drop everything to help them out in a pinch.
All of our facility partners know that aside from quality healthcare personnel, they’ll receive constant support, a large roster of available and capable nurse practitioners, and best-in-class service.
