Services Our Nurse Practitioners Provide
All of our nurse practitioners offer comprehensive primary care, including regular well visits and exams. They create a customized care plan for each patient and work closely with your team to deliver appropriate treatment. Our nurse practitioners prescribe medications, order tests, and make recommendations for patient care under the oversight of a consulting physician from our network. They also focus on health promotion, disease prevention and patient education, so patients feel informed and able to make healthy choices.

How We Support Facilities and Clinicians
We ensure NPs are credentialed and licensed and that all paperwork is up-to-date and in compliance with both external regulatory bodies and internal facility policies.
Your facility team never has to worry about billing, because our expert back-office team handles that for each provider, as well as note-taking and patient tracking. This allows our clinicians to focus on your residents’ care instead of administrative details. We also work with facilities for any needs they have and can order new supplies or deliver equipment for diagnostic tests.
